We do not expect you to be a computer guru. We recognize that software and systems are only tools for your operation. But they are important tools that must function effectively and reliably. We know that the best software will not work if users are not comfortable with using its features or have not received proper training geared to their needs and capabilities.
We have the experience it takes to analyze your needs. After analyzing your needs we will make a determination if QuickBooks ® Point of Sale is the right solution for you. We will not provide a solution that does not fit your needs.
The support you need
We do not outsource our support. It is handled by our own staff of experts. We use remote tools to deliver support quickly and efficiently. Our support is supplied and billed according to the time you need. We do not require or offer maintenance contracts since these contracts usually benefit the service provider at the expense of the client.
We can usually convert data from various systems and put it in place in your new system, avoiding hours or days of manual data entry and data entry errors.
